1) Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of MediaHubHNNews (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2) The Service

MediaHubHNNews helps users generate, manage, and publish content (including videos and related metadata) to third-party platforms such as TikTok, based on user authorization.

TikTok is a third-party service. Your use of TikTok is also subject to TikTok’s own terms and policies.

3) Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

4) Accounts, OAuth Authorization, and Permissions

To enable posting features, you may connect a TikTok account via OAuth authorization. By connecting an account, you authorize the Service to perform actions you explicitly request (such as uploading or publishing content) using the permissions (scopes) you grant.

• Revoking access: You can revoke the Service’s access at any time in your TikTok account settings.
• Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your connected accounts and for all activities performed through your authorization.

5) User Content and Publishing

You are responsible for the content you upload, generate, or publish through the Service (“User Content”), including ensuring you have all necessary rights, permissions, and licenses.

• You retain ownership of your User Content.
• You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit your User Content only as needed to operate the Service and perform actions you request.
• You agree not to use the Service to post unlawful, infringing, misleading, hateful, or harmful content, or content that violates platform rules.

6) Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to bypass security, rate limits, or platform restrictions.
• Reverse engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use automation in a way that spams, deceives, or manipulates engagement.
• Use the Service to upload malware or harmful code.

7) Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding (excluding User Content), is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works except as permitted by law or with our written permission.

8) Third-Party Services

9) Disclaimers

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any content will be accepted or published by third-party platforms.

10) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

11) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, pose a security risk, or if required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time.

12) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Effective date” above when changes are made. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
