Data Deletion Instructions

1) Revoke the app's access

Removing the app invalidates the stored tokens immediately: the Service can no longer post or read metrics.

• Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations, select MediaHubHNNews and click Remove.
• Instagram: Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites, then remove MediaHubHNNews.
• YouTube / Google: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions, select MediaHubHNNews and remove access.
• TikTok: Settings and privacy → Security → Apps and services permissions.

2) Request deletion of your data

Email mediahubhn@yahoo.com with the subject Data deletion request and the name of the connected Page, account or channel.

We delete the access tokens, Page, account and channel identifiers, and stored metrics associated with it within 30 days, and confirm by email when it is done.
