MediaHubHNNews (“we”, “our”, “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when using our application and related services (the “Service”).

Depending on how you use the Service, we may collect:

• TikTok account authorization data (when you connect your TikTok account via OAuth), such as open_id and access tokens required to perform authorized actions.
• Facebook and Instagram authorization data (when you connect a Facebook Page or an Instagram professional account via Facebook Login), such as Page IDs, Instagram account IDs, Page names and Page access tokens.
• YouTube authorization data (when you connect a YouTube channel via Google OAuth), such as the channel ID, channel name, and access and refresh tokens.
• Performance metrics of the content published through the Service on the connected Pages, accounts and channels (e.g., views, reactions, comments, reach, watch time, follower count).
• Content metadata you choose to upload or publish via the Service (e.g., video title, caption, hashtags, scheduled time).
• Technical data such as basic logs (timestamps, request IDs, error messages) for security, debugging, and reliability.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data. We do not sell your personal data.

3) How We Use Information

• To authenticate you and connect your TikTok, Facebook, Instagram or YouTube accounts to the Service.
• To upload and/or publish content to those platforms only when authorized by you.
• To read the performance of the content you published, so you can see what works on each channel.
• To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Service (including troubleshooting).
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

4) Tokens and Account Access

If you connect TikTok, Facebook, Instagram or YouTube, the Service stores the access tokens (and refresh tokens if applicable) needed to perform the actions you request, such as posting content or reading its metrics. Tokens are never shared with anyone.

Security: We take reasonable steps to protect tokens, including using secure storage and restricting access.

You can revoke access at any time from the settings of each platform, which will stop the Service from posting on your behalf. See Data Deletion Instructions.

5) Sharing of Information

We may share information only in these limited cases:

• With TikTok, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google (YouTube) to perform the actions you authorize (e.g., upload/publish content).
• Service providers (e.g., hosting/logging) strictly to operate the Service.
• Legal if required by law, regulation, or legal process.
• Security to protect rights, safety, and prevent fraud/abuse.

We do not sell your information to third parties.

6) Data Retention

We retain information only as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

• If you revoke access or request deletion, we will delete or anonymize relevant data within a reasonable timeframe, unless retention is legally required.

7) Your Choices and Rights

• Revoke access: You can revoke authorization from the settings of TikTok, Facebook, Instagram or your Google account.
• Request deletion: Follow the Data Deletion Instructions or email us at mediahubhn@yahoo.com.
• Update information: If any stored account info is incorrect, contact us.

8) YouTube API Services

The Service uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and the Google Privacy Policy applies to the data Google processes. You can revoke the Service's access to your Google account at any time from https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.

9) Children’s Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10) International Transfers

If you use the Service from outside the country where our servers are located, your information may be transferred and processed in other countries. We take steps to protect your data consistent with this policy.

11) Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the “Effective date” above when changes are made. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated policy.
